零容忍政策
It is the policy of the 利县 拘留所 (LCDF) to comply with the provisions set forth in the 监狱强奸消除法. The LCDF has established a “Zero Tolerance” policy for sexual misconduct for incidents involving inmate-on-inmate sexual violence and staff sexual misconduct/harassment/voyeurism towards inmates, 无论双方是否同意[FCAC 6].21M]. 调查
All reported incidents of inmate sexual abuse or sexual harassment are thoroughly investigated by the 利昂县警长’s Office. There are two types of investigations conducted by the 利昂县警长’s Office as they relate to reported incidents. 它们是:
行政调查: All reported incidents are considered administrative in nature until the preliminary investigation is completed. The 利县 拘留所’s Facility Investigator receives all reports and reviews them. The 暴力犯罪 Unit has investigators that have received specialized training in sexual abuse investigations within a confinement setting.
